Our Under 7 boys played a Monster hurling blitz on Saturday 15th of October in Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Even a heavy rain shower couldn’t dampen the spirits of this crew,
as the great work they have been doing all year with coaches Peter and Darren really showed.
The White’s Cross Under 8 camogie team were on duty early on Sunday morning 16th of October in White’s Cross GAA grounds.
In a series of mini-sided games they played Grenagh with each team playing three games.
Our girls have trained regularly and diligenlty all year long and this showed in the performances in these games;
they were superb.
Our Under 8 footballers were on duty at County Headquarters on Saturday 10 of October as they participated in the Rebel Óg Monster Blitz.
On the day we had three teams participate in the 5-a-side games, with each team playing three games.
The volume of training and games that this panel of players have built up was really evident in their displays,
as they performed very well in all games. Well done to the players and míle buíochas also to their coaches – Donal Looney, Barry Hegarty and Padraic Kelleher –
who have invested great time and energy into their charges.
