Congratulations to the six White’s Cross players who played for Seandún in their 2 recent bouts of the Senior Football Championship. Whilst this side was well beaten by 2011 champions UCC in their opening encounter, they were most unfortunate to lose out by a single point after extra-time to Beara in Round Two of the competition.
The honour of captaining our division’s side went to Eoin Murnane and he was assisted in his exploits by White’s Cross clubmates – Billy Sheahan, Murt Kelleher, Conor Buckley, Edwin Buckley and Bryan O Sullivan.
